Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CubDen ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. CubDen is a platform powered by CubCloud AI.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; to distribute malware or illegal content; or to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to others.

3. User-Generated Content and Conduct (EULA)

The Service allows you to post messages, chat with other users, and interact with AI features. By using these features, you agree to the following:

  • Prohibited content and conduct.You must not post or transmit content that is: illegal; harassing, abusive, threatening, or bullying; hate speech or incitement to violence; sexually explicit or exploitative (including involving minors); defamatory or invasive of privacy; intended to impersonate others or spread misinformation; or spam, malware, or otherwise harmful. You must not objectify real people or use the Service for "random" or anonymous chat in a way that endangers others.
  • Zero tolerance. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Violations may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of your account, and reporting to authorities where required by law.
  • Reporting. You may report inappropriate content or users through in-app reporting tools (where available) or by contacting us. We will review reports and, where appropriate, remove content and take action against offending accounts. We aim to respond to valid reports in a timely manner (e.g., within 24 hours where practicable).
  • Blocking and moderation. You may block other users to prevent them from contacting you. We may use automated or manual filtering, review of reported content, and other moderation measures to enforce these terms and keep the Service safe.
  • Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for content you submit. We do not endorse user-generated content and may remove or refuse to display any content that we determine violates these terms or is harmful, without prior notice.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and technology, is owned by CubCloud AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without permission. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a license to operate and improve the Service using that content as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; do not rely on it for critical decisions without verification. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CubCloud AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
